Deleting your information
If you wish to ensure all information about you is deleted by Red Rock Council, please submit the request form below.
Note that:
1. If you own property within the Red Rock District, or a business operating within the Red Rock district, or an animal residing within the Red Rock District, Red Rock Council are required by law to retain your contact details.
2. If you do not own any such properties, business or animals we will delete the personal information we store about you, noting that:
a. If you have made payments to Red Rock Council, Red Rock Council are required by law to retain financial information about the transaction, but your personal information will be deleted.
b. If you have submitted an application or a request to Red Rock Council, Red Rock Council are required by law to retain information provided with the application or request, but your personal information will be deleted.
